Shipping Policy

We offer a white glove delivery service so we will bring your furniture to your room of choice, unpack, assemble if necessary, and take waste away with us. 

 

We will contact you when we have a delivery date confirmed. Once your order is out for delivery we will give you a 4 hour delivery window & will contact you 30-60 minutes before arrival to let you know our ETA. We will require your signature once items are delivered to confirm you are happy with your furniture & delivery.

If you are unsure your furniture will fit or you haven't got easy access to the room you want your furniture in, please contact us before your items are out for delivery & we can work together to make sure your items will be delivered.

Please note:

  • £25 will be added to delivery charge per piece of furniture when you order more than 4 pieces in 1 order (excludes add-ons).

e.g. 4 chairs = delivery £50, 5 chairs = delivery £75

  • We do not remove your old furniture.

  • You must ensure the area you wish your new furniture to be delivered to is easily accessible with a path cleared for our delivery team to get through. If the team arrives & they cannot deliver the furniture due to obstacles in the way/unrealistic delivery routes (e.g. delivering furniture over balconies) & we have not been warned about this prior to delivery, then they will have to take the furniture back to checkpoint & you will be charged the same rate as the original delivery.

  • It is your responsibility to measure the area you want your furniture to make sure it fits.

  • It is your responsibility to check your furniture upon delivery to check you are satisfied with your product.

Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation pre-delivery -

Change of heart with your order? Notify us within 14 days from your order date via email or phone call. Once we've confirmed that we've received your cancellation pre-delivery, you'll receive a full refund to the original payment method used to pay for the order.

Returns & Refunds -

Scatter Cushions: In the unfortunate event that you wish to return your cushions, please carefully package your order and drop it off to your nearest Hermes collection point within 14 days of you receiving your order. Once we have received your parcel then we will send a refund to you within 14 days.

Furniture: If you are unhappy with your item you must contact us and we will see if we can aid you in any way e.g. fix any damage. If we cannot assist you and you still would like to return your furniture after it has been delivered, you must contact us and we will arrange a pick-up date and time with you. The return will be free of charge and you will be refunded your full amount within 14 days after we have received your item.
